A revenue operating system is your sales motion, written down well enough that someone other than you can run it. Software can help you run it. The motion has to exist first.
I work with B2B founders at the 5 to 100 person stage who still run the sales motion themselves. This page answers the questions they ask me most.
Three packages, plus a weekly review.
Position writes down who buys, what they believe and how you say it, so a stranger can repeat it back. You get a buyer definition, a positioning statement, your voice rules and the website copy that carries them.
Presence writes down how the right buyers hear from you, so you run it every week. You get a starting list of accounts, follow-up sequences, your LinkedIn profile, posts and a launch plan.
Inspection gives you six gates to test each live deal against. You find out which deals are real while there is still time to act.
The weekly review runs across your whole pipeline and flags deals that stall. It is a separate block, on request.
A CRM stores records. A sales tool speeds up one step. Neither decides what a real opportunity looks like, what moves a deal to the next stage, or what to do when a deal stalls. A CRM full of fields and no method for filling them is a filing cabinet.
Tools amplify whatever they land on. Put one on a written motion and it saves hours. Put it on an unwritten one and you get the same confusion, faster.
You probably do if you close most deals yourself and cannot hand any of it to someone else. You probably do if you are about to hire your first salesperson. You probably do if you know your pipeline number and cannot say, deal by deal, which ones are real.
You probably do not if you are pre-revenue, already have a sales process a new hire could run, or mainly need more leads.
Each package is bought on its own at a fixed price. Position is $15,000 AUD. Presence is $15,000 AUD. Inspection is $9,000 AUD, and needs a CRM with your deals already in it.
Start with a 30 minute call. Every call is with me, Richard.
book a callNo. It is the motion itself, written down. Software runs on top of it.
Inspection needs a CRM with your deals already in it, because it tests live deals.
On top. Aimed at a written motion, they work. Aimed at an unwritten one, they scale the confusion.
You do. Each package ends with you able to run what was built.
