Three ways in: the Position package, the Presence package, the Inspection package. You start where the problem actually is.
The method itself lives on how it works. This page is the shape: what each entry point covers, what happens week by week, and what you keep at the end.
01 / where you start
Most founders start with Position. Inspection can start on its own, and it begins with the pipeline read. Presence comes after Position, because it needs a written buyer and message first. The 30-minute call checks whether yours are.
Your offer, a written buyer definition and message, and the website copy that carries them. Most founders start here, when the buyer and message still need work.
Your LinkedIn profile, posts and launch plan, how to read which posts pull the right buyer, and a defined prospect list with a short set of follow-up messages you send yourself. A separate entry point when your buyer and message are already written down.
Five sessions with me over 8 to 9 weeks, and a weekly review you run yourself in between, with evidence rules for what's real in your pipeline and your CRM set up around it. A separate entry point when the pipeline itself is the question.
02 / what happens when
The engagement runs to a set length for a fixed fee. Ongoing support afterwards is optional, and it's the only part with a minimum term. Each stage is signed off before the next starts. The sequence below shows a Position-first start, the most common path. Starting from Presence or Inspection instead keeps the same day-14 sign-off. It then runs to its own length.
Work starts on your buyer definition and message. The first weekly session sets the direction.
The first checkpoint. What's built gets reviewed together before anything bigger runs.
The rhythm is running. The buyer definition and message get tried on live conversations as they come up.
You run it. The buyer definition and message are written down, ready for whoever sells next.
03 / who does what
You lead the motion, and signalrev builds the system around it. You make one decision a week. Expect 2 to 4 hours a week in total, including the sessions with me.
The first version is built and signed off together. You can see the shape of it before the rest runs.
You run it. What you built is written down and yours, so your next hire starts from it, not from a folder of guesses.
Fortnightly or weekly sessions, billed monthly, with a three-month minimum then month to month. It keeps the system sharp after the engagement ends.
You commit one package at a time. There's no bundle you have to buy into. The call is thirty minutes, and every call is with me, Richard. It's a first look at where the gap might be, before you commit to anything.
30 minutes, no commitment. Each package is about five working sessions with me, plus the build work between them, which is why they cost the same. The price is fixed, and a missed session moves the end date, not the price.
