signalrev is an Australian-based business providing revenue operating system services to founder-led B2B companies.

If you complete our self-assessment diagnostic, we also collect your responses, the company details you provide, and your generated score. Your responses are stored whether or not you ask for a report. If you ask for a report, we also collect your email address.

We store personal information using secure, reputable third-party service providers, including our website host and business tools such as our customer relationship management system. Diagnostic responses are stored in our response records and in our website host's form submissions. When we email you a report, a copy is saved in our customer relationship management system. Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. Our customer relationship management system is hosted in Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas providers handle your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles. We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes it was collected, or as required by law.
Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to improve functionality and understand how visitors use the site.
You can adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies if you prefer. Our diagnostic form uses a bot-check service (Cloudflare Turnstile), which may process your IP address and browser details to tell people from automated traffic.
We also use tools that identify the organisations, not individuals, visiting our website, based on IP address. This helps us understand which businesses are engaging with our content, for sales and marketing purposes. This identification happens at the company level only and does not identify you personally unless you separately choose to contact us.
You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below. You can also ask us to delete your diagnostic responses and any report emails we hold about you. Email richard@signalrev.io from the address you used. We will delete them from our systems, including our customer relationship management system, within 30 days.
