it is probably right if
You are the primary seller in your business. You have customers, but the sales motion is not yet repeatable. Deals close, but you cannot always explain why, and the pipeline depends too much on who you happen to know.
You are comfortable being involved weekly, not delegating the engagement, but running it yourself with support.
You want to fix the sales motion before you hire. Or you want to understand it well enough to know whether hiring even makes sense.
You have considered hiring a fractional CRO but decided the timing or cost does not fit where you are right now.
it is probably not right if
You do not have customers yet. The system works with real conversations, not hypothetical ones. Get a few customers first, then install the system based on what you learn.
You are looking for someone to do the selling for you. That is not what this is.
You want high-volume outbound or a lead generation service. signalrev uses LinkedIn and your existing network — not a cold email engine at scale.
You cannot protect 90 minutes a week. The Friday review is fixed. The rest is async. If 90 minutes a week is not available, the system will not work.
You are looking for a sales training course. signalrev does not teach frameworks in the abstract. The learning happens inside your real pipeline, not in front of a slide deck. If you want a programme you can study and apply later, this is not that.
the design partner question
The first two engagements run at a design partner rate. In return, after 90 days, you share your experience as a real before-and-after case study. Written together. You approve everything before it goes anywhere. If the results do not warrant it, we will not ask.
If you are willing to be a design partner, say so on the call.
one honest thing
We cannot guarantee a closed deal in 90 days. The 90 days is the engagement, not a promise about when deals close. That depends on your buyers and your sales cycle.
What we can tell you is that by day 90, your pipeline will have real deals in it, you will know what is working, and you will be running the system yourself. Whether those deals close in month four or month six depends on your buyers, your cycle, and how consistently you ran the process.
If something is not working, we will tell you before day 90, not after.
