how it works
signalrev growth is a 90-day engagement. By the end you have a defined buyer, a mapped decision process, a running system, and a pipeline with real deals in it.
There are three parts.
1. define the buyer
Most b2b tech founders are talking to the wrong person. Not because they are bad at sales. Because the person who gets the product is rarely the person who buys it.
Engineers and technical leads understand what you built. They are not the buyer. The buyer is the CFO who needs the problem solved, the COO who owns the process, the CEO who has to justify the spend. That person thinks differently, asks different questions, and needs to hear something different from what you have been saying.
The first work is getting that definition precise. Who your real buyer is. What problem they are trying to solve. How they make decisions and who else is involved. What they need to hear before they will move.
This takes a week. It is also the work most founders have never done explicitly. Once it is done, everything else gets easier.
2. build the system
The knowledge of how your business sells should not live in your head. When it does, nothing is repeatable and nothing improves.
signalrev installs three tools: a proven revenue system configured for your buyer, how they decide, and your product.
HubSpot holds your pipeline. Stages that reflect your actual sales motion. Fields that capture what matters. Views that tell you what to do next. Not a generic CRM setup. Built around your buyers and your cycle.
Fireflies captures every sales conversation. Not to record calls. To give you something to review. Every conversation becomes a structured note. You can see what you said, what they said, what was missing, and what to do differently next time.
Notion holds the decisions. Your buyers, how they decide and your weekly review. The things you learn stay in the system, not in your head.
By the end of week one the system exists, and you understand it.
3. run the rhythm
A system that does not get used does not compound.
Every Friday. 45 minutes. Your numbers, your deals, one decision. Not a status update. A working session where you look at what is actually happening and decide what to do about it.
Every call you have gets captured by Fireflies. The output gets reviewed in Notion. One thing to improve, written down. You get better with every conversation because you can see what happened.
By day 90 you are running this yourself. The pipeline has real deals in it. You know what is working. You know what to adjust.
Most founders continue into a monthly rhythm because the Friday review is where the compounding happens.
what it requires from you
90 minutes a week. The Friday review is fixed. The rest is async.
You lead the sales motion. signalrev supports it. The system does not sell for you; it makes your selling clearer, more consistent, and easier to improve.
the right next step
One conversation. 30 minutes. We work out together whether this is the right thing at the right time.
