what it includes, on top of the context pack

The Context Pack (icp.md, offer.md, voice.md, motion.md) ships with every engagement and is passive — reference your AI reads. The Skill Pack is the active layer: the same methodology packaged as installable skills that carry process. You get the skills that match the work you have done.

• Writing skill: your voice and anti-AI-tell gates as an installable skill that runs on every draft — so your AI catches the tells and holds your voice automatically, not voice.md as reference you have to invoke.
• Pipeline-review skill: your weekly inspection as a guided session your AI walks you through, so the review runs the same way every week even when you are slammed.
• Deal-inspection skill: the six-gate inspection as a skill that scores any deal against your own gates on demand.
• Outreach skill: drafts new sequences and replies to your ICP and voice, so fresh outbound comes out on-standard instead of from a blank page.
• Packaging, install and versioning: the skills built for your AI environment (Claude Projects, Cowork or equivalent), installed and tested, with a short operating guide, and re-versioned as your methodology shifts.

Sign-off is behavioural: it is done when your AI runs a task — drafts a post, reviews the pipeline, inspects a deal — and holds your standard without you having to steer it.

Context is passive; process is active. The Context Pack is reference the AI reads when prompted. A skill is behaviour the AI runs by default — it fires on the task and enforces your standard as it goes, so quality no longer depends on you remembering to ask for it. This mirrors how signalrev's own system evolved: files first, then skills. You only get skills for the methodology you have actually built, which is why this sits on top of the base engagement, not instead of it. And to be straight about it: a capable founder running their own AI stack could assemble a version of this themselves. That is fine — what you are buying is speed and a standard already proven across other engagements, not access to something you could not reach. We are here to help you get there faster, not to gate it.

what you need first

• An existing engagement, so your Context Pack exists. You cannot skill-pack a methodology you have not built — the base work (positioning, presence, or the sales system) comes first, and the skills are built from it.
• Your own AI environment to install into (Claude Projects, Cowork or equivalent).
• The relevant access from the base offering (CRM and transcripts), so the skills run against your real deals and your real voice.
