LinkedIn presence & authority

LinkedIn Presence & Authority turns your own name into an inbound channel: a profile that reads as a commercial surface and a content system that keeps producing, building toward a position you own in your category. What that inbound turns into depends on your model — clients for some, partnerships and referrers for others, and often both.

is this you?

This route is for the founder who says, in their own words, "I need partnerships and thought leadership to bring inbound in." Your profile reads like a CV, so the people who look you up leave without acting. Your posting comes in bursts, a strong week followed by three quiet ones, and none of it compounds into anything. Buyers and partners cannot tell in ten seconds what you stand for, so the introductions and enquiries that should be arriving never do.

deliverables

Three things you walk away holding, each a real artefact you can use, not a slide.

  • LinkedIn profile rewrite: three headline options (one recommended), a full About rewrite, a Featured-section plan, and a pre-launch checklist, so your profile states what you do, who for, and why it matters at the altitude a buyer or partner actually reads, not a reverse-chronological list of roles.
  • Content vault: the pillars plus a repeatable production system, so posting stops being a blank-page decision every week and becomes something you run to a pattern, on the questions your category is already asking.
  • Rollout & path toward category authority: the cadence and first batch that get it live rather than left as a good intention, and the move from posting into the feed and hoping toward owning a defined position over time.

Sign-off is behavioural, not a handover. It is done when a cold on-ICP founder can tell your live profile is for them within 30 seconds.

built to run on your AI

You leave with more than a profile and a content plan: you leave with a writing skill built in your own voice. Your voice.md — the rules and patterns pulled from how you actually talk — loads into your own Claude or equivalent, so every post, comment and message your AI drafts afterwards sounds like you, not like AI. The presence keeps producing in your voice long after the sessions end.

how it works

Your profile becomes the commercial surface a buyer or partner reads first, framed so that within ten seconds someone can tell what you do and whether you are worth an introduction. Behind it runs your content system: a repeatable way to produce posts on your category's live questions, so your output holds a line instead of appearing in bursts and going quiet. Over the engagement this builds toward a defined category strategy, where the position you have been signalling becomes one you hold and defend, the point at which presence turns into authority rather than visibility.

What the inbound becomes is a function of your model, not ours to assume: a founder selling direct sees enquiries and clients; a founder who runs on channel sees partnerships and referrers surface; many see both.

routing

Mechanical (lean). You are naming the output you want (a profile, a content engine, a category presence), a clear enough brief to start building from, rather than a symptom we would need to trace back to its cause first.

where it fits in the build

This is the LinkedIn half of the presence layer. It pairs with the Website, the other half of your presence, feeds a category-strategy layer downstream, and runs alongside the sales system.

who attends

The founder. It is your profile and your voice, so you make the calls on it. We build, you confirm and apply.

how the engagement runs

Three weekly sessions, about three weeks. The £1,500 is fixed for the work, not billed by the session. This assumes your positioning is already locked, so the profile and content are a translation of it rather than a fresh diagnosis.

  • Session 1: LinkedIn profile. Rewritten from your positioning. You apply it within 48 hours. Done is a cold on-ICP founder knowing "this is for me" in 30 seconds.
  • Session 2: content system. The pillars and a repeatable way to produce, not one-off posts.
  • Session 3: rollout and the path to category authority. We produce the first batch together, set the rhythm, and mark where owning a position leads.

We run these about a week apart on purpose, so each piece gets tested against your real world before we build the next on top of it. If you already have one of these under control, we do not run that session for the sake of it, and the shape flexes down. Working this way keeps the work sharp and built around where your business actually is, not where a plan assumed you would be.

what you need first

  • Positioning locked. The profile and content are a translation of your positioning, so this needs the Messaging box settled first. If it is not, you buy both: we lock the positioning, then build the presence off it.
  • Your time and your voice. It is your profile and your posts, so you are the one who applies, publishes, and keeps it going.
  • Access to your call transcripts (Granola, Fireflies, even Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Meet — most founders already have a source, so this is rarely a hurdle), since the profile and content are written in your real voice, drawn from how you actually talk.

comes before

The Category Strategy offering, where the position you have been signalling becomes one you own and defend — the senior next step once your presence has run long enough to read. It pairs with the Website for one coherent presence (£3,000 the pair) and runs alongside the sales system, which works the deals once they arrive.

Your LinkedIn Presence & Authority build is £1,500, delivered across three weekly sessions with the price fixed for the work rather than the hours. Take it together with the Website and the pair is £3,000, a £500 saving on buying them apart.
